Clara Ellen Dray

Clara Ellen Dray, 91 of Woodland, Washington died on January 8, 2011 in Woodland. She was born in Donnybrook, N.D. on September 4, 1919 and grew up on a farm. In 1937 her family moved to Woodland, WA where they settled. There she met her future husband, Monte Dray who was originally from Auburn. They lived in Auburn from 1948 thru the fall of 1977 where they raised their family. Clara was a homemaker, mother and active in Bible Baptist Church now Grace Community Church. They then moved back to Woodland. Monte preceded her in death in August of 1978. She is survived by four daughters, Rena Winslow, Portland, OR; Candice Villalobos, San Diego, CA; Cheri Drougas, Hailey, ID; Robin Dray, Clatskanie, OR; her brother, Harry Dettloff, Woodland, WA; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral Services 10:00 AM Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Grace Community Church, Auburn. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements by Klontz Funeral Home.
