Frances Charlotte Palmer, 92, of Auburn, WA passed away on November 20, 2016. Frances was born on October 3, 1924 to John and Ora Varner in Allahabad, India.

Mrs. Palmer is survived by her husband Ernest Milton Palmer, children Joyce (Mark) Joneschiet, Gloria (Gale) Lyon, John Palmer and granddaughters Erika Joneschiet and Elyse Finlay.
