JoAnn Lorraine (Champers) Warner, 45, died from complications with her lungs on April 28, 2011. She is survived by her children, Zoey and Isak Warner, her parents Jess and Beverly Champers and her brother, Jesse Champers. A memorial service will be held May 14 at 1:00pm at Peninsula Baptist Church in Ocean Park, WA.
