Kathleen Frances Fugate, born on March 26, 1926 in Stockton, CA, passed away on February 5, 2016 in University Place, WA.

She is survived by her loving family: her daughter Pamela Thrall (John), granddaughter Julie Thrall, grandson Joshua Thrall, and great-grandson Liam Nickelson.

She was married to David Franklin Fugate until his death in 1994 after almost 25 years of marriage. Previously, she was married to Robert Glenn Beal and had one daughter, Pamela.
