January 2, 1965 – May 11, 2023

Kimberly Vera Mugler passed suddenly into heaven on May 11, 2023, at the age of 58 at MultiCare Hospital, Auburn WA.

Kim was born January 2, 1965, in Vancouver, WA. She attended Auburn High School where she met the love of her life, Charlie. They married in 1983, the same year she graduated.

A woman of deep faith, Kim loved abundantly with an unconditional love, not only her family, including in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins, but all who were blessed to be her friends. For many years she cared for children of other working mothers, enabling her to be at home for her own. She was Mom to multiple young friends. She faithfully served wherever her children’s involvement took her. Many knew her as a multitalented crafter.

Kim is survived by parents, Darrel & Marjorie Gordon (Auburn, WA); her husband of 40 years, Christopher Charles Mugler (Auburn, WA); three daughters, Holly Ott Ryan, husband Tyler, (Bellingham, WA), Jennifer Price, husband Jason, (Rhinelander, WI), Cheryl Douglas, (Auburn, WA) and son, Darrel Mugler, wife Hannah, (Auburn, WA). She adored all ten of her grandchildren, George (14), Parker Anne (12), Benton (12), Camille (10), Henry (8), Alaina (8), Gideon (6) Jacob (6), Havilah (3), and Eden (1). She is survived by one brother, Lawrence Gordon, wife Kristine, (Marysville, WA) Siter-in-law Cindy Ackerman and Niece Meagan (Hampton, VA).

Kim was predeceased by her brother David, and granddaughter Georgia.

A Celebration of Kim’s Life is planned for Friday, May 19, at 1 pm, at Overcomers Covenant Church, 33415 Military Rd. S., Auburn WA.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family, Guide Dogs for the Blind, or Gideons International.
