Larry Wayne Coffey

Larry Wayne Coffey was born January 26, 1946 in Enid, OK. He died unexpectedly at age 65 on March 25, 2011 in Yuma, AZ. He is survived by wife Roxy, son Rian Coffey, daughter Reagan Coffey and his grandson Chase Coffey; brothers John (Jeannie) Coffey and Fred (Yvonne) Coffey. All his loved ones, friends, and associates grieve his passing. He married Roxanne Shephard July10, 1966 in Auburn, WA. He was a long time Auburn resident graduating from Auburn High School in 1964; and then graduating from Walla Walla University. He was last employed at Premier Lease Insurance where he was the CFO and part owner. He retired from there in 1998, and then co-owned Prime Time Café until 2006. Larry enjoyed traveling and sunshine so he bought property in Yuma, AZ while still making trips back to WA to be with his friends and family. He was an avid Seattle Seahawk fan having season tickets from the very first game. He loved sports and always attended his children’s events, which made him very well known in the close-knit Auburn community. He will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 23 at the Auburn First United Methodist Church, 100 N St. S.E.
