Marlene was born in Auburn, and true to her word, she died in Auburn too.

She ran a dairy farm on the hill just off of Cooper’s Corner for many years with her late husband, Jack Jones. Survived by her four children, seven grandchildren, and soon to be ten great grandchildren. Marlene left a profound mark on the world. One of kindness and patience. She taught all of us everything except for how to live without her.
