Mary Emma Davidson was born on July 21, 1931 in Lakeview, Oregon to Harry and Arbhur Stone. She died on August 25, 2022. She was 91.
In 1935, the family moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon, where Mary attended elementary school and graduated from Klamath Union High School in 1949. In the fall of 1949, she enrolled in Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where she met her future husband Alan Davidson. She graduated from Pacific with a degree in elementary education
Mary was a dedicated elementary teacher, serving over 30 years in several districts in Oregon and Washington.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Al, her sister Janice and her brothers Solon and John. She is survived by her five children Mark Davidson (Susan), Scott Davidson (Terry), Cary Davidson (Jennifer), Erin Hayden (Russ) and Lang Davidson (Rochelle). 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
An Open House celebrating Mary’s life will take place on Sunday, September 18 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Cary and Jennifer’s home.
