Pearl (Tootie) Payne passed away October 12th, due to bladder cancer. She was in her home with her two daughters and grand children at her side.

There will be a Celebration of Life Open House Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Cedar Ridge, 9515 198th Ave. E., Bonney Lake, WA from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
