Ron Larberg passed away unexpectedly on December 13, 2022 at his home in Sequim, WA. His death was likely due to a cardiac related event.
Ron was born in Auburn, WA on February 9, 1958 to his parents, Don and Joan Larberg.
Ron graduated from Auburn High School in 1976.
Carrying on a family legacy, Ron worked in the grocery/ food service business his entire career. Most recently, Ron worked at QFC in Mercer Island where he loved working in the produce section but mostly enjoyed interacting with customers and his fellow coworkers.
Ron was an avid fan of UW Huskies, Seahawks, and Mariners. He enjoyed going to games with his daughter, family, and friends. He liked many PNW activities includ- ing skiing, golfing, fishing, and watching horseraces. He enjoyed spending time in Greenwater, WA at the family cabin and flying to Fresno, CA to visit his daughter Sierra. He recently retired and was enjoying his new home and adventures in Sequim. Ron was elated when he learned he was being promoted to “Grandpa” to a baby boy in May of 2023.
Ron is survived by his daughter Sierra (Michael) of Fres- no, CA, brothers Gary (Catherine) of Prescott Valley, AZ, and Dave (Jeannie) of Lake Tapps, WA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Island Lodge at Tapps Island Golf Course (20818 Island Parkway E, Lake Tapps 98391) on February 26 from 12:00 – 3:00.
