Reigning league champs Auburn Mountainview defeated district rival Auburn 15-5 Wednesday at the Auburn Pool. The Lions were led by Colin Lempert who had four goals in the contest. Blake Mallorey and Jourdan Rogers had three goals apiece and Brady Gardner chimed in with two.

Tyler Arnold, Owen Lempert and Riley King each contributed a goal for Auburn Mountainview.

For Auburn, Nathan Scholzen had three goals in the contest with Andrew Nordlie chipping in with two goals. Levi Golan had two assists.

The Trojans will host Enumclaw at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Auburn Pool.

Auburn Mountainview will play Kentridge at 7 p.m. Lindbergh High School in Renton

ALSO: Auburn Riverside posted a win on Tuesday with a 18-7 win at Enumclaw. The Ravens were led by Jace Davey, Daniel Godfrey and Eriik Snyder, who all had four goals apiece. Tye Dutcher and Tristan Naranjo had two goals each and Doug Berry and Mario Pimental each added a goal. Steven Summers had 12 blocks and Adam McKee chipped in with six.
