The Lions (4-1 South Puget Sound League 3A, 6-1 ovarall) entered the AP top 10 after beating Lakes (3-2, 5-2) 17-0 on Oct. 10.

The loss to Peninsula (5-0, 6-1) was the Lions first of the season.

Auburn Mountainview will take on Auburn (4-1, 5-2) at 7 p.m. Friday with the Trojans as the home team at Auburn Memorial Stadium.

The team’s two previous contests occurred during the Trojans’ previous drop to 3A in 2006 and 2007, with Auburn winning 48-0 and 35-0, respectively.
