The Auburn Mountainview boys water polo team opened its 2014 campaign with a 15-6 win over Stadium on Tuesday.

Tyler Arnold had seven goals for the Lions, with Jonah Kathlean scoring five times. Andy Creed, Truman Sulewski and Bo Nelson each had one goal.

For the Tigers, Mat Clark, Taner Bunch and Michael Marr each had two goals.

The Lions will play district rival Auburn at 4 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Auburn Pool, with the Trojans as the home team.

Auburn Riverside will host Enumclaw at 7 p.m. Sept. 16.
