Talan Alfrey rushed for two touchdowns as Auburn Mountainview won for the first time this season, 31-24, last Friday against Federal Way in a North Puget Sound League 4A Olympic Division contest at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
Alfrey, a quarterback, also produced a team-high 186 offensive yards for the Lions (1-2 overall, 1-0 league).
On the defensive side, Auburn Mountainview had 10 tackles-for-loss, led by three from Ben Mose. He also had a team-high 11 tackles. Another linebacker, Michael Kramer, produced 10 tackles, including two for loss.
The Lions next play at 7 p.m. Friday against Auburn Riverside at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
