Auburn Mountainview turned back Shorewood/Shorecrest 15-11 in a girls water polo match Saturday.
The Lions improved to 10-0 on the season.
Amelia Portin led the Lions with six goals. Devyn Nelson had four, Mairead Quigley scored 3 and Autumn Hilderbrand and Kenzie Hilderbrand each delivered one.
Goalie Janeese Singer had several great blocks and assists, and Caity Craft helped shut down the other team’ lead scorer.
Auburn Mountainview travels to Gig Harbor for a 7:30 p.m. match Wednesday.
